To work for the welfare of all Filipino-American citizens in the Oakland Country area.
To promote public awareness of all Filipino-American citizens of all ages, interest and abilities.
To enable members to speak with a common voice on matters pertaining to issues and to present their individual and common interest before concerned parties, as provided by law.
To encourage their members to exercise their rights and privileges as citizens.
To unify and strengthen Filipino ethnicity and to reduce the barrier caused by regionalism and isolation.
